The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Kennington Tandoori is your typical ‘clean but just okay’ spot. The hygiene score is top-notch, but the food is a mixed bag that might leave you feeling a bit underwhelmed. Richard raves about the sharing starter being tasty, but then you have Abu complaining that the tandoori chicken lacks spice. Carla and Victoria were living their best curry lives, but Hunter’s takeaway experience was a disaster waiting to happen.
You step in expecting a Michelin-level feast, but walk out wondering if you should just stick to the local takeaway. The decor is nice, and the staff do their best to keep spirits high, but if you’re looking for a flavour explosion, you might need to spice things up at home. 🥘😅
