The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Maximo Italian Bistrot is like the charming, if slightly worn, local that serves up hearty plates of Italian goodness. Giulia felt right at home with the Sardinian specialties, and Olaf was all about that friendly service. However, like any good romance, it’s not without its ups and downs—Melody found the mains a bit disappointing, especially the carbonara that fell flat.
With decor that feels like a nostalgic trip back to the '70s, it’s cozy but could use a little sprucing up. If you’re in for some authentic Italian fare, give it a go, just don’t expect Michelin stars—this is more about comfort than cuisine. So, if you’re looking for a homey vibe and decent food, you could do worse—or better.
