Pizza Express is your classic chain experience that’s neither thrilling nor appalling. The hygiene is shining bright, but the food and atmosphere are just... there. It’s a safe option if you’re looking for something familiar, but don’t expect to leave with a life-changing experience. Ana loved how the staff made her daughter’s birthday extra special, while Marco raved about the care put into the pizza.

But it’s also a place where expectations can fall flat, as some folks find themselves let down by the customer service. Tony had a rough go with rude treatment, which really put a damper on things.
