Ruby's Cafe And Restaurant is trying hard to impress with its Portuguese flair and friendly service, but the reality is a mixed bag. The staff gets a gold star for their friendliness and professionalism, but the food feels like it's playing it safe rather than delivering a knockout. Ozzi is all about the breakfast but also wants to see some real effort behind the kitchen door.
