The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Starbucks in SE1 is the quintessential fuel stop, where you know exactly what to expect: reliable coffee but not much else. The ambience is more about getting in and out than savoring a moment. While Aman found the coffee high quality, others were left scratching their heads about the service and drink mishaps. The outdoor seating is nice, though, if you fancy people-watching.
Honestly, this place is clean, and the staff do their best, but it really feels more like a must-stop than a destination. If you’re in need of caffeine and nothing more, this Starbucks will do the trick, but you might end up regretting not venturing somewhere more exciting.
