Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
The Brickstone is a mixed bag where the food can shine, but the service? Not so much. While Ell Georgeys couldn’t get enough of the deliciousness and Heru’s service, others had a rougher experience. Duane Groeger raved about the pasta bolognese and grilled chicken sandwich, but Katie Walker had an unfortunate run-in with insects in her drink—definitely not a vibe.
The ambiance is nice, and there’s potential for a good time, but the owner really needs to sort out the service issues. With a few tweaks, this could be a fab spot, but until then, it’s a gamble whether you get a delightful meal or a dining disaster.
"Food was so yummy!!"
"What great food!"
"The food, the customer service and most of all the ambiance."
