Tonight Josephine is the vibrant cocktail haven where brunch comes with a side of drag bingo and a whole lot of pink. Lolly had a blast during the Cowgirl brunch, finding the hosts fabulous and the drinks flowing. Natalie and her partner stumbled in after afternoon tea and couldn’t have asked for a better vibe. Laura’s hen party was an absolute riot, with the food and cocktails hitting the sweet spot. The staff, like Amber and Nate, are the kind of people you want to befriend after a few cocktails.

But beware: you might find it too loud for your liking. Chelsea enjoyed herself, but had to shout to be heard over the music. If you’re looking for a chill brunch, this is not the spot.
