Oliver's Cafe is the kind of place you hit when you just need to refuel without expecting a Michelin star. Their full English breakfast is more than decent, with all the greasy goodness you crave, and the hot chocolate from Joanne is like a hug in a mug. The team's hospitality shines, with staff like Mick going above and beyond. But, there's a dark side: Fifi and Michael had their own horror stories about poorly cooked food and staff drama that would make you cringe. A clean place for sure, but the food experience can be a bit hit or miss.
Overall, if you're nearby and starving on a budget, Oliver's might just do the trick. But if you're hunting for culinary creativity, you might want to keep looking. Just don't ask for well-done eggs, unless you want a side of shouting.
