Elviera loves the family-friendly atmosphere, where even your pooch can join the fun. The coffee is freshly prepared, and the food is tasty enough to tempt anyone walking by.
But let’s not gloss over the few gripes. Some customers felt the staff could dial up the warmth a notch, especially on quieter days.
