The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Boba & Bao is the kind of place that feels like a warm hug on a chilly day. The bao buns are apparently so good they could make you weep, and the staff are as friendly as your grandma. Stuart's daughter loved the bubble tea, and Simon's all about those bao buns and spicy cauliflower. The prices are pretty decent too. You can’t go wrong here.
But David’s not having it. He suggests there’s some defensiveness from management when it comes to feedback, so tread lightly. Otherwise, you might just find your new favorite lunch spot here. Just make sure you’re not looking for a fight with the owner over a milkless tea. 🥢
