Costa Coffee in Otley is your standard chain spot, but it’s got a few gems hiding in the mix. The staff here, especially Lauren, have been praised for being friendly and accommodating. Mark’s got a soft spot for this place thanks to its chill vibe and the staff’s attention to detail.
However, let’s not kid ourselves; it’s still a Costa. While the coffee isn’t bad, the price and quality ratio is not winning any awards. Be prepared for the occasional misstep with orders, as William found out with his icy frappe. If you’re in the area and need a caffeine fix, this place will do the job—just don’t expect it to blow your mind.
