Fikos is aiming for that authentic Greek/Turkish vibe, but it’s a little hit or miss. The meat meze is a decent shout, but I wouldn’t be shocked if you find yourself craving more after the meal. The service is pretty solid, with staff who seem to genuinely care, which is a nice change from the usual indifference. The prices are reasonable, but the food quality feels like it’s fluctuating like a teen’s mood.

You might walk in expecting a culinary adventure and leave feeling like you’ve had a decent meal. The halloumi shines brighter than the rest but don’t expect fireworks unless you’re really into basic Mediterranean fare. If you’re in the area, it’s good enough for a pit stop but not a destination.
