Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Fontanella Coffee Shop is the kind of place that serves as a reminder that hospital food can exist outside of a vending machine. It's clean, with a 5-star hygiene rating, but the food experience? A bit of a gamble. Peter Loftus loved the cheery staff, but others found the prices and offerings left a lot to be desired. The coffee might just be the most expensive cup of brown water you’ve ever tasted.
You might get a smile, but if you’re looking for a caffeine fix that doesn’t taste like regret, you might want to skip this ‘oasis’ and head for a Costa. It’s fine if you’re waiting for bad news, but for anything else? Yikes.
