Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest β your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Howdy is like that diner you drive past and think, βEh, maybe next time,β but you end up stopping anyway. Itβs a halal family-friendly spot thatβs got a decent American theme going on. Aminah raved about the hospitality, and Carla couldnβt get over how good the lamb chops were. The burgers and steaks also seem to hit the mark, although the service can sometimes feel like itβs in slow-mo.
Some patrons were let down by dry chicken and warmer-than-expected drinks. So, if youβre feeling adventurous, just keep your expectations in check and enjoy the atmosphere instead. It's a fuel-stop that serves its purpose, just donβt expect fireworks on your plate.
"Great halal spot for families!"
"The lamb chops as an appetiser were full of flavour."
"The meat itself was really good. Smashed well. Juicy, and had tasty blackened crispy edges."
