Sarto is where you go for solid Italian fare without the fuss. The spaghetti confit aglio e olio with chilli is a simple yet absolute taste sensation, and if you catch Sam serving, you’re in for a treat. Just ask Lizzie, who loved the catering at her wedding. But brace yourself, because it’s not all sunshine and rainbows—Rory and Elise were less than thrilled, calling out the burnt crudo and lackluster ravioli. Still, if you’re after decent food and a clean dining experience, Sarto's a reliable choice.
Just remember, not every dish is a winner, as Makanaka found out with his underwhelming duck leg ragu. But hey, with a 4.4-star rating, at least you’ve got a chance at enjoying your meal. Just don’t get your hopes too high on the specials, or you might leave feeling like you’ve been shortchanged.
