The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
The View is trying to be a picturesque spot, but it's more like the awkward friend who shows up late to the party. Sure, the views are nice and the setting is fine, but you know the food is a bit hit and miss. Jessica Winter had her wedding reception here and thought they nailed it—but then again, who doesn’t want a great wedding meal?
The Sunday lunch seems to get mixed reviews too, with Robert Patten giving it a thumbs-up for nice beef and good veggies. But don’t expect culinary fireworks; it’s just decent food in a decent venue. If you’re in the area and want a bite with a view, it’ll do the trick without raising any eyebrows. 🌅🍽️
