Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Pausa is offering clean tables and questionable sandwiches that even the most adventurous foodie might hesitate to touch. Mel Tredwell seems to think it's got some merit with a four-star nod, but Adam Rhoades is out here giving it a one-star roast that most definitely deserves a spotlight. His description of their toasties is enough to make you question whether the ingredients were ever even toasted.
If you’re just looking for a pit stop to stretch your legs without breaking your fast, you might be fine. But if you’re after a solid meal, you’ll probably leave more dissatisfied than full. So unless you’re a fan of existential crises served on bread, you might want to skip this stop.
"I had a decent experience"
"Cannot recommend the toasted sandwiches"
