Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Starbucks might be a global chain, but this specific spot is showing us why it’s a hit or miss. The hygiene is pristine, but the service? Well, that’s a different story. G Finlay loves their seasonal drinks and chill vibe, but the slow service has left others feeling like they’re stuck in line for a rollercoaster ride. Ghost is online and LK both experienced frustrating encounters with staff who seemed more into their conversations than getting your caffeine fix in a timely manner.
And don’t even get me started on the coffee; Kathy Bennett's decaff cappuccino was possibly the worst ever. So, if you’re in the mood for a clean place to sip on a drink while you scroll through your phone, fine. But if you’re in a hurry, you might want to steer clear of this one. ☕
"Hard-working staff, friendly and chiller vibe than some places in town."
"This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to."
"Extremely poor customer service it's a shame."
