Pizza Express is like that friend who always wants to go out but never has enough cash. Hygiene is five, but the food is about as thrilling as reading the back of a cereal box. The dough balls might be the highlight, but if you’re expecting anything groundbreaking from the pizzas, prepare for a letdown. The staff are friendly and do their best to make your experience enjoyable, but they’re obviously working with a menu that’s older than your last trip to the dentist.
