Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Starbucks in Liverpool is like the friend who shows up to the party just to drink your wine and leave. The coffee gets you through the day, but the service is a gamble. Some staff members like Deepak and Faye are absolute legends, making the morning grind a bit more bearable. But then there's the occasional barista who looks like they’ve just been informed the apocalypse is happening. The place is clean, so kudos for that, but a couple of visits have left me wondering if I should be getting my caffeine fix elsewhere.
Despite the friendly faces, some folks had a rough time. With complaints about half-filled drinks and baristas too busy scrolling through their phones to care, it's a mixed bag. It's a decent fuel stop if you're desperate for a caffeine hit, but don’t expect to walk out with a smile every time. You might just leave feeling like you need a hug… or a strong drink.
"You were one of the reasons that made up my days!"
"Syed was so kind, friendly and welcoming."
"The place is spotless and staff were cleaning constantly."
