The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Billy's Bagels is serving up bagels that could make a New Yorker weep. Jessica couldn’t get over the cozy atmosphere and stellar service, and Kimoni is clearly a repeat offender, having gone back twice in one day. The smoked salmon and avocado bagel is a standout, and the smoothies are on point as well. If fresh ingredients and flavorful combos are your jam, you’ll find your happy place here.
The only hiccup seems to be from Sim, who wasn't thrilled with his Rueben. It’s a shame because the vibe is right and the service gets top marks. With Dan and Izan running the show, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a nicer bagel joint in Manchester. Just maybe steer clear of the Rueben.
