Tier Achieved:
For the germaphobe whose motto is 'food is fuel'.
Spotless kitchen, rubbish food. Won't get sick. Might wish you had. Emergency calories only.
Eye Cafe is less of a cafe and more of a culinary crime scene. I mean, bacon barm served with scalding coffee and cold bacon? Sounds like a sadistic breakfast challenge. Ian Corcoran came in expecting a hearty start and ended up with a cold shoulder instead—cold bacon, that is. And let's talk about the takeaway tray experience, which Shaun Mcghee so generously described as ‘the blandest tasting food’ ever. Seriously, who knew cold beans could taste this bad?
Kas Latif was left wondering why he even bothered with toast when they couldn’t get that right either. The only takeaway from this place is a lesson: if you want to eat at a hospital, make sure it’s not this one. Eye Cafe might be open 24 hours, but don't be fooled—it's not a sign of quality but rather a desperate grab for customers who have nowhere else to go.
"The coffee was scalding hot and the bacon was stone cold."

"Food was stone cold, bland and they gave me butter for the toast."
