The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Forbici is the place where pizza dreams come true. The hygiene is on point, and the flavors are stirring Italian nostalgia, as confirmed by the many visitors who rave about the authentic pies. Federica can’t seem to get enough of it, calling the service spot-on, while Daniele is practically a pizza evangelist claiming this is the real deal. The frittatina with ragù is a must-try, and the buffalina pizza is apparently a slice of heaven.
However, not everyone’s feeling the love—Rohit had a bone to pick about the 10% service charge, which seems to have put a damper on an otherwise stellar meal. But if you’re in Manchester and looking for a pizza that’ll impress, Forbici is definitely worth your time.
