Mumma's Fried Chicken is the kind of place you stumble upon and wonder where it’s been all your life. It’s a bit tricky to find, like your lost socks, but once you do, you’re greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff that make you feel right at home. The seafood boils are the highlight, especially the XXL platter that had me stuffing my face like it was Thanksgiving.
Esie threw a birthday bash here and everyone was raving about the food. Just know that you might have to do a little cardio to find the entrance, but once you're in, it's all flavor and good times. If you’re in Manchester and craving soul food that’s worth the search, Mumma’s got you covered.
