The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
The Blue Bell Restaurant gives off a vibe of nostalgia, like visiting your gran’s house but with a carvery. Lorna The Wicked has been coming here for over a decade, and while she noticed the new ownership, she still appreciates the atmosphere. The carvery is what keeps the crowd coming back, but it’s a bit of mixed bag with the service.
Jack Tregunna found it festive during December, while David Webber praised the food. But not everyone is singing its praises; multiple customers reported lukewarm food and service that could use a kick in the pants. If you’re after a carvery, it’s worth a visit, but don't expect Michelin star treatment.
