BSH Home Appliances is less a cafe and more a nightmare fuel zone. The hygiene rating is top-notch, but when it comes to food, good luck finding any. Frank's Dad thinks it’s a pleasure to visit, but most people are more focused on the customer service disaster than anything else. Victoria Ashby had a service appointment that was more of a comedy show gone wrong—broken appliances and customer service that should be in a horror film.
You might leave with a smile from the lovely staff, but with broken appliances and unsolved issues, it’s a gamble. So if you’re looking for a solid meal, steer clear. If you just want to chat with some friendly faces, this is your spot.
