Costa Coffee Ltd might be your convenient caffeine stop, but it’s got some serious issues lurking beneath that cleanliness. Val's singing praises for Emma and her team, which is a definite high note. But then you have Jithin James, who enjoys the friendly service but is also dealing with closed doors and a scrappy furniture situation. And let’s not even get into the disaster zone described by Digital Devices Direct, where service seems to be more of a myth than a reality.
While the coffee might be decent, the overall experience is a gamble. If you’re just after a quick fix, it could do the trick, but don’t go expecting a chic cafe experience. It’s convenient but has more drama than a reality show.
