Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes is a solid fuel stop that keeps you caffeinated while you shop, but don't expect a Michelin star experience. Piotr appreciates the amazing coffee, but Ashley’s not impressed with the baby changing facilities, which were more ‘vile’ than ‘vital’. Mjet's encountered empty soap dispensers and unclean toilets, leaving a lot to be desired.
Jessica and Paul had their own share of grievances, with orders getting mixed up and service that feels more robotic than friendly. While the atmosphere might be buzzing with caffeine addicts, it’s clear that the staff need to step up their game if they want to keep the customers happy. You might leave with your coffee fix, but you might also leave with a scowl.
