Costa Coffee Drive Thru is your go-to when you need a caffeine fix but don’t want to deal with humans for too long. The hygiene gets a thumbs up, but let’s address the elephant in the room—customer service isn’t always top-notch. Some staff members seem to have more personality than a cardboard box, while others shine like stars. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a gem behind the till. The coffee is decent, though a few drinks seem to miss the mark completely.
It’s a mixed bag really; you’ll get a good cuppa if you don’t mind dodging a few grumpy baristas. Just don’t expect to linger too long unless you want to witness the chaos of entitled customers losing their minds over a latte.
