Bratton Fleming Village Stores is like that reliable mate who always has your back but might also have a questionable selection of snacks. It's got everything from home-cooked dinners to the essentials you didn’t know you needed. The locals rave about Nikki, the chef, who whips up meals from scratch and apparently has a black belt in deliciousness.
However, it’s not all sunshine and warm pastries. David Moseley took a gamble on some bacon, only to find it was more water than meat. So, while the village store vibe is strong and the friendliness of the staff is commendable, don’t expect gourmet meals on every visit. Just pick your battles wisely when it comes to the food.
