The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
SQ Bar and Restaurant is that place you stumble upon and think, 'Hey, this isn’t half bad.' Ian found the staff friendly and the food excellent, which is a solid start. They don’t rush you, either, which is a nice change from the usual hustle and bustle of dining out. Sam was all about that flat iron steak which he says was beautifully cooked, while John enjoyed a hearty fish pie—size matters, people.
But don’t get too comfy. Some reviews hint at noise being an issue and that service can get a bit chaotic during busy times. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a visit for a relaxed meal, but keep your expectations in check. It’s good, not groundbreaking.
