Aquila has quickly become the go-to spot for anyone who’s even slightly into vegan food. Mia Spurling can’t get enough of the fresh vegan meals and baked goods, saying they serve up some delightful coffee too. The atmosphere? Cozy, welcoming, and kid-friendly—with toys for your little ones to keep them entertained while you chow down on veggie enchiladas that Joyal Pious swears are 'absolutely delicious.' The staff are lovely, and while Bokros Roderick had a minor wait for his focaccia, he couldn't deny the food was 'super lush.'

This place dances on the edge of being a hidden gem. Yvonne Clayton called it 'fantastic' and 'nourishing,' and she’s not wrong. If you’re in Weston, give Aquila a shot, because it’s vegan food that doesn’t do the usual 'rabbit food' routine. Just avoid peak hours if you’re not into waiting around.
