The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Irlam & Cadishead Leisure Centre Coffee Shop is your classic community hub—where you can work out those calories and then treat yourself to a cuppa. Chris Shaw had a blast with some skatepark shenanigans, and Lisa Sharkey praised the friendly staff for making her swim a lot less nerve-wracking. The hygiene rating is sparkling, but let’s just say the service isn’t always on point; there are reports of some staff being less than helpful. If you can ignore the occasional grump, you’ll enjoy a decent spot to unwind after your workout.
It’s not going to win any awards, but if you’re in the area and craving a coffee post-sweat session, it’s a convenient option—just keep expectations moderately low.
