LAS BOMBAS

Las Bombas is like that friend who’s always the life of the party but sometimes forgets to dress appropriately. The food is generally on point but occasionally hits a sour note, as experienced by NJ Tomlinson, who found the paella less than fresh. However, Chelsie Caswell found the atmosphere vibrant and the service top-notch, thanks to the lovely Mia.

Hayley Kelly raved about the Sunday roast, specifically the pork belly—if that's not a glowing endorsement, I don't know what is. The lamb birria taco was another highlight, but don’t be surprised if your meal comes out a bit hit or miss. The cocktails are strong though, so at least you’ll be merry while you wait. Just watch your step with the food; it’s a bit of an adventure.
