The Interceptor is like that friend who’s always a blast at parties but leaves you a bit confused afterwards. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is generally decent, but the service is a mixed bag. Special shout out to Jorde, who really knows how to make a family feel welcome, but it seems like not everyone gets that memo. One visit could leave you singing praises, and the next could have you scratching your head.
The food can be hit or miss—some dishes shine, while others seem to have taken a backseat. It’s worth a shot, but keep your expectations in check. If you want a place to kick back and have a pint, it’s got you covered. Just remember, you might not leave feeling completely satisfied.
