ESS - CFB Restaurant is a little slice of Colombia tucked away in Bristol, and they’re making some serious moves with their food. With a hygiene rating that’s top-notch, you can actually relax while savoring flavorful dishes that’ll remind you of the real deal. Thanks to Dom Anthony, we know the Indian influence is strong, but the Colombian vibes still shine through, especially if you're into authentic eats. The tea's got a good rep too ☕.
The friendly staff here seem to know how to keep things running smoothly, and if you're lucky, you'll find some pretty solid meal deals. Just a heads up, it could get a bit chilly inside, but that’s just an excuse to cozy up to some hot food. Overall, if you’re in the area and want something different, this place won’t let you down.
