Olive Catering Services Ltd is the poster child for why hygiene ratings can be deceiving. Five stars for cleanliness? Sure. But step inside and you might as well be in a horror movie. The stories from staff and customers alike sound like a nightmare—hair in food, stale offerings, and a manager who must have missed the class on customer service. Seriously, Mel? That’s life? Maybe get a grip while you’re at it.
It's a shame because the potential is there, but the execution is as lackluster as it gets. If you're in a pinch, you might find something edible, but I'm not betting on it. Just remember: hygiene can’t save you from bad service and even worse food. 🥴💩
