One Hut Kitchen is serving up the real Jamaican deal, with stewed beef that’ll make you consider adopting the chef. Philipp raved about the soft beef and flavors, even claiming it's better than grandma's cooking. Amie and Chris Cowan chimed in with love for the jerk chicken and curried mutton, saying the meats are tender and bursting with flavor. And did I mention the cakes? Ginger and toffee apple, all homemade and moist enough to make you weep with joy. The vibe here is so good that even Ella, who has celiac, feels right at home with their accommodations.
