Roobroo is flipping the script on Indian dining, and it's the kind of place that makes you want to shout about it. Madhur was lucky enough to have the restaurant open just for them, and it sounds like they were treated like royalty. Ed's taste buds got a workout from the beautifully presented dishes, especially the lamb seekh kebab. Sam's lamb and aubergine combo was on point, proving Roobroo isn't just your typical Indian restaurant. It's like a culinary love letter to Indian cuisine.
