The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Starbucks Coffee might be a big name, but this particular branch is more fuel-stop than coffee shop. With a five hygiene rating, you’re safe from any sanitation horror stories, but the service here is about as fast as a dial-up internet connection. Customers have reported waiting ages just for a simple drink. K Townsend felt like they were in an episode of 'Survivor: Coffee Edition' when they described the slow service.
While some staff members, like Izzy and Julie, deserve a medal for their friendliness, the others seem to be stuck in a perpetual coffee coma. Combine that with a menu that’s losing its shine (hello, missing plant-based options), and you have a Starbucks that’s more of a convenience than a destination.
