Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Coco di Mama is the place to start your day if you fancy a friendly vibe with a side of deliciousness. Chef Rodolfo is the guy you want cooking your porridge—trust me, it’s a breakfast game changer. The pasta here is also worth a shout, fresh and bursting with flavor, but be prepared for some crowding if you show up when the sun's shining near the Thames.
The staff, including the multi-lingual Jose, are so warm and welcoming, you might just want to adopt them. It’s a bit of a mixed bag though—while the food hits the spot, the standard ‘kitchen-sink’ cafe offerings mean it’s not quite a culinary revelry. Still, if you’re in the area, it’s a decent shout for a breakfast fix or a quick lunch.
"The chef Rodolfo makes the best porridge. He is always smiling and makes you feel welcome."
"The food is excellent, and the staff is very professional."
"Amazing breakfast and a really good lunch."
