Oxo Tower Restaurant Bar & Brasserie is the kind of place that exists, and that’s about it. With a hygiene score of 5 and a 4.4 Google rating, you know it'll be clean, but the food and service are a bit hit or miss. You might get a lovely view of the city, but don't expect the service to be on point every time. Some folks have experienced mains arriving before starters, which is a bit of a faux pas in the dining world.
The food itself seems to be a mixed bag; some say the birthday cake is exceptional, while others are just left feeling 'meh' about their meals. And don’t even get me started on the wait for sauces that never arrive.
