Sapore is basically Italian heaven set in the Tower Bridge Collective food hall. With a 5.0⭐ rating and a hygiene score to match, you might as well call it the holy grail of Italian cuisine. Michael Hayes couldn't get enough of their pasta, gnocchi, and especially the focaccia sandwich, which apparently deserves an award for being the best sandwich ever. 🍝
Then there's the chicken burrata icon that Wissam Obeid couldn't stop raving about. He was practically dancing over how divine it tasted and the portion was so big it could probably feed a small army. So, if you're in the mood for a carb overload and a side of happiness, you know where to go. This place is a total gem.
