Soderberg is a trendy little café that nails the chill vibe, perfect for brunch with your mates or a sly cinnamon bun binge. The staff are friendly, with Ben the head baker shining during his cinnamon bun classes, so at least you get cookie points for effort. Just be prepared to fork out a bit more than you'd like—this isn't your average greasy spoon. The decor is Scandi cool, but remember, if you're looking to hit the wallet hard, this might not be your everyday haunt.
