The Lalit London is a hotel that might charm you with its looks but has some cleanliness issues lurking in the corners. While guests rave about the spacious and beautifully restored rooms, the bathroom cleanliness seems like a game of roulette. The breakfast experience? Let’s just say it could use a bit more organization. One reviewer had a shower experience that was more exciting than their stay – and not in a good way.
With a solid location near Tower Bridge, it’s a shame the service didn’t quite hit the mark. While some staff were helpful, the reception experience was more cold than welcoming. If you’re banking on a luxurious stay, you might want to pack a little patience along with your luggage.
