Mooboo Bubble Tea has become the go-to for bubble tea lovers, but it’s a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, you’ve got delicious flavors like brown sugar milk tea and matcha that keep regulars coming back for more. The staff is friendly enough to make you feel like you’re part of the family, but on the flip side, the quality seems to be as inconsistent as your favorite sitcom's ending.
