The Hortobagyi palacsinta is a revelation, and the vibe is so chill you'll forget you're in a parking lot. Sure, it’s a truck stop, but if you’re in the area, it’s a solid shout. Just be ready for the occasional £2 surcharge on your food voucher. It’s worth it, trust me.
