Rios Cafe is your classic local spot where the staff are friendlier than your mates after a few pints. The place does have a cozy charm, and the prices are so low you'd think they're trying to bribe you to come back. However, not everyone is happy; Rea Redwood was left high and dry due to a lack of milk alternatives. Tough luck for her, but for the rest of us who don’t have picky diets, Rios is looking like a solid option. Just remember to check if they serve your dietary needs before diving in.
