Welcome to The Hut, where truck stops get a glow-up. This place has got some serious charm, with Pete raving about the tasty food and friendly staff. Bill Gilder clearly knows his stuff, serving up a pork Thai red curry that even had James singing its praises. Crystal was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast quality, and even Nicola appreciated the efforts, although she raised an eyebrow at the long-haired server. But then there's Piotr, who seemed to have wandered in from another dimension with his old bread and cold tomatoes.
Definitely a mixed bag, but if you want decent food without the fuss, The Hut is a solid choice. Just avoid Steve’s breakfast recommendations unless you enjoy paying top dollar for a soggy mess. With good parking and a warm vibe, this place is just about a safe bet for when hunger strikes on the road. 🍽️
