The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Pannier Galley Cafe is the classic case of don’t judge a book by its cover. With a hygiene score that’s middling at best, it still manages to charm some diners. Nerys and Nick are singing praises for the food, while R’s experience was less than savory with an overdone jacket potato that left him feeling like he’d just eaten cardboard. It’s the kind of place where the food can range from ‘wow’ to ‘yikes’ depending on the day.
